Skeleton's Icy Delight


  • 2 cups of Skeleton Brew’s “Frozen Bones” roast coffee, brewed and chilled
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Optional: crushed chocolate cookies or chocolate syrup for topping


Step 1: The Chilling Brew

Brew a strong cup of Skeleton Brew’s “Frozen Bones” roast coffee and let it cool. Once cooled, transfer the coffee to a container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely chilled.

Step 2: The Creamy Fusion

In a mixing bowl, combine the chilled coffee, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk the ingredients together until well blended, creating a creamy fusion of flavors.

Step 3: The Freezing Spell

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a thick, creamy consistency. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze, stirring every 30 minutes for 2-3 hours, until it reaches the desired consistency.

Step 4: The Bone-Chilling Treat

Transfer the freshly churned ice cream into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. This bone-chilling treat will be worth the wait!

Step 5: The Decadent Finish
