Mushroom Notes

Beltane Brew is a specialty-grade medium roast blended with three mushrooms chosen for this moment in the wheel of the year — each with its own long history in traditional food and wellness cultures across the world.

Cordyceps has been valued for centuries in Himalayan and Tibetan practice for its association with stamina, vitality, and physical endurance. It is the mushroom of the body at full capacity — which makes it the mushroom of Beltane.

Lion's Mane has a long history in East Asian culinary and medicinal traditions, prized for its association with mental clarity and focus. A mind in bloom, reaching toward light.

Reishi — called the mushroom of immortality in traditional Chinese practice — is associated with balance, calm, and longevity. It is the ground beneath the bonfire: the reason the fire lasts.

Together, they meet a smooth, full-bodied blend of specialty-grade beans and settle into the cup as subtle earth and depth — present without dominating, functional without fanfare.
