1. Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by Skeleton Brew Coffee, Newark, Delaware.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from September 1, 2026 through November 30, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"), divided into consecutive weekly Entry Periods, each running Monday 12:00 AM through Sunday 11:59 PM EST. A new drawing occurs for each weekly Entry Period.
4. How to Enter
Social Entry (no purchase necessary): During any Entry Period, post a public photo to Bluesky or LinkedIn featuring a printed "Flat Boneapart" cutout, including the hashtag #fallintocoffee. One entry per person per Entry Period regardless of number of posts.
No purchase of any product is required or considered in any way in the entry or selection process.
5. Winner Selection
Shortly after each Entry Period closes, Sponsor will select one winner at random from all eligible entries received for that Entry Period, using a documented random-selection method (e.g., numbering all eligible entries and using a random number generator). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during that Entry Period.
6. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified via direct message or reply on the platform where they entered within 2 business days of selection. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize and, if requested, confirm eligibility and provide a shipping address. If a potential winner does not respond within this window, cannot be reached, or does not meet eligibility requirements, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the same Entry Period's eligible entries.
7. Prize
One 12oz bag of Skeleton Brew coffee (approximate retail value $20) per weekly winner. Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. Sponsor is responsible for shipping the prize to winners within the United States.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it believes in good faith to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these rules, and to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if it is not capable of running as planned (e.g., due to a platform outage), subject to applicable law.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winners' consent to Sponsor's use of their social media handle, and submitted photo for purposes related to this promotion (e.g., a winner announcement post), without further compensation. Sponsor will not use winner's real names or personally identifying information publicly.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants (name, address, email/handle) will be used only for administering this promotion and fulfilling prizes, and will not be sold to third parties or made public.
11. Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or prize shipments, or for any technical failure of any platform used for entry.
12. Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
