Our Farms
Every bag starts somewhere — a farm, a cooperative, a family who's been doing this longer than we have. Here's where our year-round coffees come from.
Daily Brews

| Country | Location | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Colombia | Tolima | Grown by the farmers of Café del Macizo, a 59-member cooperative in the foothills of the Cordillera Central. This is the bean behind Colombian Specter, layered with dark chocolate, mango, and peach. |
| Ethiopia | Sidama | Grown on small family farms at 2,000–2,200 meters, naturally processed the traditional way. This is the bean behind Brew Sky, glowing with milk chocolate, caramel, and bright berry. |
| Indonesia | Sumatra | Grown by smallholder producers in volcanic soil, wet-hulled using the traditional Giling Basah process. This is the bean behind Dark Earth Decadence, layered with black tea, brown spice, and citrus. |
| Mexico | — | Grown at high elevation and selected for the balance and sweetness it holds through long, slow extraction. This is the bean behind Bone Chilled, smooth with dark chocolate, toffee, and soft florals — equally at home hot or cold. |

Our seasonal and Sabbat roasts rotate with the wheel of the year — and honestly, we like it that way. Some crops have more to say than others depending on the season, so what's in the bag doesn't always stay the same from year to year. Consider it part of the mystery.
