Farm Notes
Brew Sky originates in Sidama, Ethiopia, grown on small family farms at 2,000–2,200 meters. The beans—local heirloom varietals—are naturally processed and sun-dried, a traditional method that preserves the coffee’s lively acidity and delicate body.
The resulting cup is vivid yet gentle, carrying layers of caramel, vanilla, floral tones, and bright berry sweetness.
