Hurry Hard – 100% Colombian, Medium Roast
A Skeleton Brew™ Curling Coffee
The skip calls it. The sweepers read the ice. Everyone moves with purpose.
Roast Level: Medium
Origin: Tolima, Colombia
Tasting Notes: Dark Chocolate, Mango, Peach
Hurry Hard is our Colombian single-origin from the foothills of the Cordillera Central — a coffee that rewards attention. Grown by the 59 lifetime farmers of Café del Macizo, a small cooperative formed in 2003 in Planadas, Tolima, this is a coffee shaped by shared knowledge, shared land, and decades of quiet expertise.
At elevations between 1,500 and 2,100 meters, Caturra, Castillo, and Typica varietals develop slowly in the mountain air. Washed and sun dried, the cup is clean and rounded — medium acidity, a full body, and a complexity that unfolds like a well-called end. Dark chocolate on the front, with mango and peach drifting in behind it.
Some coffees are straightforward. This one has strategy.
